Off to Palm Springs!

My good friend Phillip is great at last minute ventures. I have a flexible schedule so its no problem. So when he calls up and says "I am picking you up tomorrow and flying you to Palm Springs to help me replace the differential on my Infiniti M45" I said GREAT!

So he picks me up in his private airplane (he is also the pilot) on Thanksgiving, flys me to Palm Springs, we do minor stuff on the car that night and then proceeds to get me liquored up and feeds me well with homecooked food.

The next day we replace the differential with a low mile used one and then he flys me home that evening. I had a great time!

At least this was less surprising then his last offer of "Want to go over to Europe with me for a month?" I took him up on that as well!
